RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return is applicable only if the product is damaged/ missing. Please write to peekaboopvt@gmail.com for returns with your order id and supported images & unboxing video within 10 hours of delivery.
We require an full unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
Once your complain is verified from our site we will initiate return.
No exchange policy.
CANCEL POLICY
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 5 hours of placing an order. Please note that transaction/payment gateway fees are not refundable.
